Other artists coming to the festival have recently been awarded! And we are happy to say that we are bringing truly the best of the Visegrad region to Olomouc because the Hungarian artists Rita Góbi and Adrienn Hód were awarded the prestigious Rudolf Laban award couple of days ago. You will have the chance to see the awarded choreography of Solos twice in the Dům u parku premises, the enthralling solo of Rita Góbi will be featured also twice in the Divadlo K3 at Art Centre of Palacký University (Konvikt). Tickets are still available!

The protagonist of the festival spot is the Czech Actor of 2017 and “face” of the Flora Theatre Festival this year – Miloslav König. The outsider with a weird prop (holding the ever growing dimension of his thoughts “together”) utters mutely part of the monologue from the Production of the Year The Thief's Journal directed by Jan Nebeský at the Masopust theatre company.

show morePress Conference is Over – Ticket Sale Starts on Monday!
The press conference for this year' Flora Theatre Festival took place Wednesday 4th April. Petr Nerušil, director of the festival and dramaturge Jan Žůrek introduced the main programme sections – Against the Wall, Gegen die Wand and Visegrad Performing Arts. The rich off program offers many other productions, concerts, discussions, and workshops and Olomouc will become the centre of Czech theatre world for eleven days – there is a lot to look forward to!
